Website information
This website provides general information about Bananas Commercial Cleaning. A quote request or message does not create a service agreement, schedule an appointment, or guarantee availability. Services are governed by the written proposal or agreement accepted by the customer.
Portal accounts
Portal access is invitation-only. Account holders must provide accurate information, protect their password, use only the access assigned to them, and notify Bananas promptly if an account may be compromised. Accounts may not be shared.
Service and time records
Employees must submit truthful punch, checklist, note, and photo records. Server-received punches and approved correction records are Bananas' official source timekeeping records used for payroll. Original punches are retained; corrections and approvals are recorded separately. Customers may review published service reports and communicate concerns, but never receive raw employee GPS or payroll data. Portal records do not replace the governing service agreement, the payroll provider's wage and tax records, or emergency communication.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another customer’s or employee’s information, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, probe security, or use the portal for an unauthorized purpose.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or restrict website or portal features to maintain security and reliability. We may revise these terms as the service changes and will update the date shown above.
